Consumer warranties that come with our products are protected by Australian Consumer Law from being excluded. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Cinnamon's responsibility is otherwise excluded or limited under these Conditions. Therefore, we disclaim any implied conditions, promises, and warranties as well as responsibility for costs or harms resulting from these Terms, uncontrollable events, and any loss, theft, or damage to the products following delivery. We limit our responsibility to the extent permitted by law, up to the sum you paid for the goods or services.

Changes in Shopping Terms

These Terms cannot be modified by you without our written permission. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and any such modifications will be effective upon posting on our website. However, existing orders will not be affected. We invite you to read these Terms and Contact Us if you have any specific enquiries.

Order You Placed

You will receive an order confirmation email from us when you place your order and we've processed your payment. The availability of the item(s) you have ordered is not guaranteed by this email. It is proof that your order request was received by us. When we ship your product(s) and give you an email to confirm that your product(s) has(have) been shipped, your order serves as an offer to purchase from us.

For any reason at any time, including product unavailability, a mistake in the pricing, a picture or a product description, or an error in your purchase, we reserve the right to accept or cancel your transaction. If your order is cancelled, we will email you to let you know and provide you a full refund.

Prices Includes GST

Every price listed on our website is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Australian dollars are used to handle all payments. We accept payments using a variety of methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and a number of additional choices as listed on the website and available at the time of checkout.

Payment Security

To keep your personal information secure throughout the payment process, we implement industry-standard encryption. Your credit card number and bank account information are not kept on file by us. If your card is used fraudulently by someone else, we won't be responsible for any losses or damages (direct or indirect), unless our negligence or wilful misconduct was a contributing factor.

We reserve the right to implement fraud detection procedures to verify the validity of orders and payment methods, in order to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards or other payment options. This procedure could entail asking for identification documentation and performing a formal validation check on the credit card and account. We cannot, however, promise that we will be able to stop unauthorised third parties from using such information fraudulently. Orders requiring formal verification will be delayed until we get confirmation that the transaction is valid. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are not confident that it is valid.

All of the products on our website are accurately described, as is our goal. Although we strive for accuracy, there may be occasional errors on our website, and we reserve the right to rectify any mistakes or inaccuracies at any time.

As some of the items we sell are handcrafted or manufactured using natural or organic materials, there can be some differences between the item you receive and the product(s) pictured here. If this is the case, it will be noted on the website's specific product listing. Although we work hard to make sure that every colour is accurately represented on our website, you should be aware that colours may seem a little bit different on various monitors and screens. It is not a defect or error that the colour tone varies from screen to screen.

We reserve the right to modify or remove any materials or content on our website, as well as to withdraw any products from our website, with immediate effect upon posting.
