Shipping Charges
There may be time and product specific promotions for free shipping, flat rates, capped prices, and other shipping pricing categories. If there is a shipping special, it might only apply to particular products and destinations.
Delivery Fees
The size, weight, quantity, and kind of the products in your cart, as well as the products' shipping origin and destination, are all taken into account when calculating delivery costs and times for various products. Prior to making a payment and receiving an order confirmation, the delivery cost for each purchase is presented during the checkout process and is part of the overall order cost. You can be charged extra if you modify the delivery address or the time after placing your order. Delivery estimates that are computed at the point of purchase assume delivery to a ground-floor front door. After receiving your order, we retain the right to get in touch with you if the delivery may result in unreasonably high freight charges to us.
Dispatch Time
Each product's approximate despatch window is indicated in the product listing. Usually, the items on the Website leave the relevant warehouse for delivery in 24 to 72 hours. In some cases, such as when products are made on demand, the anticipated shipping time frame will be extended. The delivery of some items may occasionally take longer than anticipated due to circumstances beyond our control. We work hard to finish orders as quickly as we can, and in the majority of circumstances, we'll contact you to let you know when your item has been sent by us or if there will be delays.
Delivery Methods & Locations
We work together with a variety of outside delivery services to distribute our products around the nation. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you provided at checkout or as amended by our Customer Care employees after it has been finalised and before it is shipped.
If the delivery is to a multi-story building, the delivery company will only go up to the ground floor's front door. Delivery is to the ground floor.
For larger, expensive items, we might be able to offer an alternative delivery option. Nevertheless, not all things and all locations have access to this. Our Customer Service team can confirm whether this is available for your order and location. Additional fees and charges will be charged for this service.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers because they're usually too small to accept most of the products we sell. Most of our products require a signature upon delivery.
You will need to pick up the parcel from an Australia Post outlet or contact them to arrange for redelivery if our delivery service provider leaves a card at the address.
We have the right to refuse delivery to specific areas, including those where we consider there is a high risk of loss or damage to the goods or where ordinary courier and delivery services cannot go. You have the choice to send a package using your own couriers in this circumstance. In this case, title and risk in the products pass to you at the time we send them to your courier, and it is your responsibility to secure all insurance for loss or damage to the order resulting from delivery.
In specific circumstances, we will be able to deliver goods only in major cities. This information will be displayed on our website's product listing. At this time, we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside of Australia.
Delivery Failure
Before placing your order, it's important to double-check all of your information, especially your delivery address. You acknowledge that in order for your delivery to reach you, additional shipping fees may be incurred if you provide an incorrect destination address. We retain the right to cancel your order if, after 21 days or two attempts (whichever comes first), our delivery provider is still unable to deliver it owing to your error or fault. Under these conditions, we will reimburse you for your purchase price less the delivery and reasonable handling costs that reflect our loss.
Dispatch Of Orders
Orders that are received and processed by us before 11:59 p.m. AEST on business days (in VIC) will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders received and processed by us on a Friday or a weekend day will be shipped out on the Monday after the weekend. Shipping timings might change as a result of uncontrollable outside circumstances.
A card with information on how to schedule an alternative delivery day with our delivery provider will be left if you are not home to accept a delivery and you have not given us permission to leave the product at your door.
Our delivery service provider might choose our evening delivery option for your substitute delivery in order to make sure your missed delivery arrives to you as soon as feasible.
Unless these Terms specifically say otherwise, "business days" for purposes of these Terms means a business day in the relevant State or territory from which the order will be sent.
Product Wrongly Delivered
On rare occasions, we might unintentionally send you the incorrect product. Please notify us as soon as you can, ideally within three days of receiving your delivery, if you believe you have received the wrong item. We will offer to send you the appropriate item and make arrangements for the wrongly sent item to be picked up and returned at no cost to you.
